IMPORTANT: So that we can place you with other drivers of similar experience/speed, please indicate which group you wish to be with on track (i.e. state the group you think you and your car are most likely to fit in with on track). DO NOT OVERESTIMATE YOUR ABILITY. It's important to pick a group that is likely to match your speed and that of your car, compared with others on track, not just your experience. If you book for a quicker group than the one you should be in, your enjoyment will be compromised as you will be concentrating on keeping out of the way of faster cars rather than enjoying your time on track. Do you wish to camp on Friday night? N.B. there are only ten places available which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Only motorhomes with full onboard facilities are permitted. Tents are NOT allowed, nor is sleeping in cars permissable, as the on site toilet facilities are closed overnight. The gates will be locked by 21.00 hrs prompt and do not open again until 06.30 hrs the following day. You are advised not to arrive at the last minute. See our website for other campsites nearby.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Read this carefully - you are about to enter into a contract with the event organiser.

I hereby apply to take part in a Track Day organised by Liverpool Motor Club Ltd (the Event Operator).

In consideration of the Event Operator accepting this application I undertake and agree that:

I am competent to take part in this event.
I am competent to drive any vehicle(s) that I will drive during the event.
I will satisfy myself (by reduced speed sighting lap or other means) before taking part, that the venue and track is acceptable to me with regard to its features and physical layout.
By taking part I accept the risks involved INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH.
I declare that my vehicle is safe, complies with the Event Operator's regulations and is fit to use in this event.
I have read and will comply with the Event Operator's rules and site regulations provided via a link from www.liverpoolmotorclub.com/track-day-information, I will observe and obey all instructions given to me by the Event Operator and its staff.
I understand that in the event of a car being driven by me colliding with or causing damage to the fabric/fences of the Grand National or Golf Courses adjacent to the circuit, I will reimburse the event operator with the first £500 of the cost of repairing such damage.

I understand that I shall be required to read, agree to, and sign a further Declaration prior to my participation in the event. If I wish to cancel, my booking fee will be returned less a £20 administration fee provided written notice of withdrawal is received by the Event Operator not less than 10 days prior to the commencement of the event. If notice is received less than 10 days prior to the event, the Event Operator reserves the right not to make a refund unless a replacement booking is received. IMPORTANT: No one under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to be carried in any vehicle participating in this event unless the specific written permission of their parent or legal guardian is provided to the Event Operator. The minimum age for passengers is 16 years. It is strongly recommended that no one under 4ft 10ins (1.45m) tall is carried in a vehicle taking part in the event. Drivers must not consume alcohol on the day of the event and must not take part whilst under the influence of drink or drugs.

MOTOR SPORTS CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE INJURY OR DEATH. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, everyone attending the event does so entirely at their own risk.
