Classics over Sands 2025 - Internet Entry Form

Welcome to Classics Over Sands Online Entry system. Please follow the steps below to enter the event.

1. Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory.
2. Once you have hit the "Enter the event" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form. 
3. Entry to this event is £7.50  This will include the vehicle and up to 2 occupants. Additional individual adult tickets can be purchased at £7.50 each. YOU CAN PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD on completing your entry you will be taken to the "Stripe" payment gateway page to pay entry fees.
4. Within 7 days of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry from the Entries Secretary. NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
5. If you don't receive a response within 14 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please e-mail classicsoversands.org@gmail.com
6. All the fields with a red background must be filled in, or you will not be able to continue. Please put TBA in any red field which you do not know the details for.
7. Please note if the event does not go ahead it is our intention to donate all entry fees (less costs) to our supported charities Coeliac UK & Coniston Mountain Rescue.
8. Should you wish to make a donation to our charities, Alzheimer’s Society and Growing Well, seperate from your entry, please follow the instructions on the system
9. By completing an application you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:– I declare that during the period of the event, when the general public have access, my exhibit if authorised for use on the public highway will be covered by the minimum insurance requirement as required by the Road Traffic Act irrespective of whether it is licensed or not.  If my exhibit is not authorised for use on the public highway it will be covered by a Public Liability Policy having a limit of indemnity of not less than £2,000,000 in any one accident.  I further declare that the driver of any exhibit authorised for use on the public highway holds a licence of the appropriate class for the exhibit. I agree to produce the insurance and licence documents to the Organiser if requested
