Welcome to the online entry system for the Get Connected Mewla Rally on Sunday 25th August 2024.

Held under the General Regulations of the Motorsport UK (incorporating the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and the Supplementary Regulations.

Entries Close for seeding at 23:59hrs on  Wednesday 14th August 2024.

Entries will close finally at 23:59hrs on Wednesday 21st August 2024.

Please follow the steps below to enter the rally.

Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory and must be filled in or you will not be able to continue. Please put TBA in any red field which you do not know the details for but send them as soon as you do. Orange fields must be completed before you can sign on to the event, but are not mandatory to enter the event. 

Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form. This is not confirmation or acceptance of an entry.

Acceptance emails may take up to 72 hours – please give the Entry Secretary time to process your entry and payment.

Please make Cheques payable to ‘Epynt Motor Club Ltd’ and post to the Entries Secretary at the address below. No Cheque entries will be accepted after 14th August 2024. Post-dated cheques are not accepted.   

If you wish to use Reis, payment must be made with the entry fee. If you are unable to comply with all points of the Reis Declaration, and letter of acceptance is issued, any loadings must be paid for at signing on with cash only.

When we have received payment you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry. If you pay by cheque it might take up to 14 days for it to clear. If you don't receive a response within 3 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please contact the Entries Secretary.

Vehicles must have a valid motor insurance policy which provides, as a minimum, Third Party Liability cover that complies with the Road Traffic Act. This can be either, by extending an existing motor policy to cover the event or, by purchasing additional cover, providing under the Event Road Section Scheme as an adjunct to an existing motor policy. 

If using Event Insurer 'Reis' Please enter 'Event Insurance' in both boxes and select the insurance option in the fees section, ensuring you meet the appropriate insurance criteria.
