1. We reserve the right to reject entries submitted with insufficient information, so please complete as much as possible.
2. The fields with RED backgrounds are mandatory and must be filled in otherwise you will not able to continue.
3. please give as much  information as possible  prior to submitting as this will aid your entry status. remember we do not recognise TBC,TBA,O or other such variants.
4. Once you have entered you MUST then return and complete any YELLOW sections with missing information as soon as possible NO TBAs Please 
5. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receve an automated response confirming we have received your entry form on the entries system.
6. When your entry has been checked you will receve a further email with a receipt number. This is an acknowledgement that we have checked it, but is still NOT an acceptance of your entry.
7. Your entry will only be classed as an accepted entry upon receipt of the completed entry form and the FULL entry fee.
8. We will not enter in to any discussions regarding when funds were submitted, it is when your entry fee arrives in our account that matters.
9. Our only accepted payment method is by Bank Transfer.
10. The Entry fee is £340

1. Within 72 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry has been paid.
2. If you don't receive a response within 4 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please e-mail the Entries Secretary. sandra.hickling3@btinternet.com
3. If you delay paying the entry fee after submitting your entry, later entries submitted where the full entry fee has been paid will take precedence.
4. Entries are secured only by receipt of a FULLY PAID entry fee. Until the entry fee is receved your status is Acknowledged and a run is not garanteed.
