Held under the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association (incorporating the International Sporting Code of the FISA) and the Supplementary Regulations.

Welcome to the RALI GOGLEDD CYMRU 2024 Online Entry System. Please follow the steps below to enter the rally.

1. Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory.
2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
3. There are then three ways to pay -

• BACS - The easiest and cheapest way to pay is online by bank transfer.

• Cheque - You can send a cheque payable to 'Rhyl & District Motor Club Ltd' to the Entries Secretary at the above address. Please write the driver's full name on the back of your cheque(s). Cheques will not be accepted after Wednesday, 20th August 2024.
• Cash—We can accept cash, but we strongly advise you not to rely on the Royal Mail and deliver to the Entries Secretary by hand.

Within 36 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry, you should receive an email confirming your entry from the Entries Secretary. All entries must be made on the official entry form and accompanied by the appropriate fee.

WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID. 

All the fields with a red background must be filled in, or you cannot continue. 

In all cases where the applicant is under 18 years of age the application must be countersigned by the Parent or Guardian. Proof of guardianship may be required (H7).  

Drivers must be at least 17 years old and hold a full RTA Licence for all Rallies (R5.3)

To ensure the smooth running of the event, all entrants MUST complete their marshal's details on the entry form. Failure to comply may result in your entry being declined—NO EXCEPTIONS.

An entry accompanied by a post-dated cheque will be deemed not to have been acknowledged until the funds are cleared. Entry fees that fail to clear will require cash payment before the closing date of entries and may be subject to additional charges.

If an entry is withdrawn in writing or by email to the Entries Secretary before the closing date of entries, it will be refunded less administration fees of £10.00 incurred at the organisers' discretion. No verbal or SMS text cancellations will be accepted. After that date, entries will be refunded at the organisers' discretion.

Membership to Rhyl & District Motor Club is also available at £10.00 per person and valid from the period of application until 31^st December 2024. Competitors wishing to join the club for the event will be limited to Single Membership Only.

The maximum entry for the event is 60. The minimum is 40 entries. The minimum for each class should be 10. Should any of the figures not be reached, the organisers have the right to either cancel the meeting, or amalgamate classes as necessary. The first 60 paid entries will be accepted on receipt of payment of entry.
